Ordering Parts

  • Can I drop in to look for a part?

    Yes, customers may visit our yard, call our office at 905-772-5959 to confirm your visit.

  • Do your parts come with a warranty?

    We provide a warranty of 30 to 90 days depending on the part. Electronic items are not included.

  • How do I know if the part I need is the right one?

    All the parts we carry have either a model number or a specific part number to make them easier to find.  We also specify which vehicles the parts come from so you can get a better idea of what you need.

    If you still need help with your search or if you are unsure about the part, don’t hesitate to contact us and we will gladly help you to find what you’re looking for.

  • I can’t find the part I need on your online inventory. Can you order it for me?

    Yes, we can source the part for you. Please contact us to get us to get the process started.

  • How do I request a part?

    Just search through our online inventory. Use the search tool or scroll down to see our heavy truck parts inventory listings.

    Once you have found the part you need, click on the “More Info” button and then on the “Inquire About This Part” button, fill in the form, send us a message, and we will get back to you to complete your purchase.

  • Can I get a discount? Do you negotiate?

    At Lomoca Heavy Truck Parts, we keep our costs down to offer you the best possible deal. If you, purchase many items at the same time, and we will review the pricing.

  • What currency are your prices listed in?

    Lomoca Heavy Truck Parts prices are quoted in Canadian or US dollars for international clients.

  • Do you charge taxes?

    Yes, we apply taxes where we are legally required.

  • What types of payment do you accept?

    Lomoca Heavy Truck Parts accepts Cash, Visa, MasterCard, Debit and Online Transfers.

Returns & Refunds

  • What is your return and refund policy?

    Although we can offer a return (or refund) on some parts, most are sold as ‘final sale – no refunds’. Ask your Sales Rep prior to purchase. If you have any additional questions please contact us.

  • I ordered the wrong part. Can I return it?

    Of course!

    If you are not entirely satisfied with our purchase, we can help you.

    • Please keep your proof of payment.
    • Returns will only be processed within ten business days of the item’s delivery.
    • We charge a 20% restocking fee and deduct the original shipping cost.
    • The customer is responsible for the shipping cost to return the item.
    • Once we receive the item, it will be inspected to ensure it is in the same condition and quality as when it was sent out.
    • A refund will be applied once the inspection is complete and approved, and it will be initiated to your credit card or the original payment method.

    We will not accept returns on ANY electronic items for any reason.

  • Can I send my own courier?

    Yes, you can. Just coordinate your pick-up with our staff by contacting us.

  • How much does shipping cost?

    We’ve partnered with major carriers to get the best shipping cost and to ensure you get your cargo on time.

    Shipping costs are based on the size and weight of the item and your delivery address. To determine your shipping costs, please call the Lomoca Heavy Truck Parts office at 1-866-553-5596.

  • Can I pick up from the Lomoca Heavy Truck Parts location?

    Yes, you can pick up your used heavy truck parts for our salvage yard. Our yard is located in the Niagara Peninsula, 20 minutes south of Hamilton and 40 minutes from the Fort Erie US border.

  • Where do you ship to?

    We ship throughout Canada, the USA and worldwide. We cannot ship to a mailbox number.
